<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on the 30th day of March, 1964, at 8:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />flayor Cedarholm <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the <br />following Resolution and moved its adoption; <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. .-9.29...- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, from 1958 to the present, forty-eight (48) <br />persons were injured at the intersection of County Road C, <br />Trunk Highway #51 (Snelling Avenue), and the Northern <br />Pacific railroad; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date, five (5) persons have <br />been killed at this intersection, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the Minnesota Highway Department is <br />urged to change this traffic by imposing change of grade <br />as soon as is practical. <br /> <br />2. That until change of grade is constructed, <br />the traffic at this intersection be controlled by semaphore <br />signs. <br />
