<br />WHEREAS it appears that ..Q.r.f~i fi2ons. Inc. <br /> <br />of ~_~~~_____ is the lowest responsible bidder at <br />the tabulated price of $~~~,839.60 _, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />l. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with _-2.rfei & SO.E~Inc-=--______ <br />for $__~~~4~_____ in the name of the Village of Roseville <br />for Water Improvement No. 64-4, Project No.1, according to <br />the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the <br />Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk. <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their <br />bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the <br />next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been <br /> <br />signed. <br />The motion was seconded by <br /> <br />Goodrich <br />-----.-.---------- <br /> <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: All Present <br /> <br />and the follow~ng voted against: None <br />whereupon sai~ ~esolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
