Minnesota <br />Apri 1 6, 1964 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re~llar meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, I\1innesota, was <br /> <br />held at the Village Hall in said village on the 6th day of April, 1964, <br /> <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />TIle following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm. Trustees <br />Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />f'1enber <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 941 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON GENERAL <br />IMPROVEMENT 64-2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, !i1innesota: <br /> <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Prior Avenue <br />between a point 700 feet north of the north right-of-l~'ay line of County <br />Road C-2 to a point 1,030 feet north of the north right-of-way line of <br />County Road C for grading and surfacing and the installation of sanitary <br />sewer from the manhole on Iona Lane and Prior Avenue to a point 530 feet <br />south i and the installation of water main from the north right-of-,.,ay line <br />of County Road C to a point approximate ly 640 feet north, filed wi th the <br />vi llage council on April 6, 1964, is hereby declared to be si gned by the <br />required percentage of owners of property a.ffected thereby. This declaration <br />is made to conformity to lIinnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to the Village Engineer and <br />he is instructed to report to the council "Ii th all convenient speed, advis in rr <br />the council in a preliminary way as to ~"hether the proposed improvement is <br />feasib Ie and as to whether it should best be wade as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the fore("oinp: resolution was duly <br /> <br />seconded by Pember Grauel <br /> <br />and upon vote bein,D' taken. the foUowin,.,. <br /> <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br />
