<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, <br /> <br />the 6th day of April, 1964, at 7:30 o'clOCK P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cedarholm, Curley, <br /> <br />Goodrich, Grauel & S1-.iclds <br /> <br />and the followin-j ',.ere 3.bsent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Shields introducec the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />KESOLUTION NO. 942 <br />!~SOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PKELIMINARY <br />KEPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />wATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 64-5 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council has heretofore directed Banister Engineer- <br />ing Co. to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility <br />of a proposed improvement consisting of the construction of <br />facilities needed for distributing water within a substantial <br />area of the Village, as described in the notice set forth below, <br />and the estimated cost thereof, and as to whether such improve- <br />ment should best be made as proposed or in connection with some <br />other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate <br />have been submitted by the engineers and considered by the <br />
