<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON wATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 64-5 <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Council Chambers in the <br />Village Hall on the 4th day of May, 1964, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., <br />to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter <br />429, as amended, on a proposed Water Improvement No. 64-5 con- <br />sisting of the construction of water mains for the distribution <br />of water within the area described below; all substantially in <br />accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now <br />on file and open to public inspection in the office of the . <br />Village Clerk. <br /> <br />The cost of the i.mprovement is presently estimated at <br />approximately $648,000. The area proposed to be assessed for <br />the improvement includes the properties situated within the <br />following described bou~dary: <br /> <br />NORTHEAST SECTION <br /> <br />Commencing at the northeast corner of Section <br />1, Township 29, Range 23, which point is also <br />the northeast corner of the Village of Rosevil1e; <br />thence southerly along the east line of said <br />Section 1 approximately 116 feet to the South <br />line of the Northern Pacific Railway Company's <br />right-of-way, which point is also the north <br />line of woodlynn Park extended and corrected <br />for railway right-of-way; thence westerly along <br />said south railway right-of-way line approx~ately <br />582.8 feet to the west line of Lot 5 of said <br />Woodlynn Park; thence northerly along said west <br />line 25 feet; thence westerly along the north <br />lines of Lots 3 and 4 of said Woodlynn Park, <br />221.26 feet; thence southerly along extended <br />east line of Lot 44 of said Woodlynn Park lOOO.75 <br />feet; thence westerly along extended north line <br />of Lot 39 and the north line of Lot 43 of said <br />
