<br />Extr2:c. of Minute s of Meet ing of the <br />Village Council of tt~ Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minne60ta <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, <br />the 6th day of April, 1964, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cedarholm, Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields, and the following were absent: none <br />Trustee Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 943 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPEC IF ICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village <br />Council on February 24, 1964, Banister Engineering Co. has <br />prepared plans and specifications for Project No. 2 of Water <br />Improvement No. 64-4 and have presented such plans and specifications <br />to the Council for approval. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the Ramsey County Suburban Life, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making <br />
