<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD APRIL 20, 1964. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 20th <br />day of April, 1964, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were <br />present: Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel, and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Mayor Cedarholm <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following <br />Re solution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement <br />of the following described real property lying and being within the <br />Village of Roseville, County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />The Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 1, <br />Tbwnship 29, Range 23 West, except that part of south <br />15 acres lying south of the north 165 feet of said <br />south 15 acres. <br /> <br />by the regulatio!!__ <?on~uctioJ;l"F streets, gutters, storm drainage, <br />installation of ~s~ersf:nd municipal water mains and all <br />necessary appurtenances thereto, was duly presented to the Council <br />on the 20th day of April , 1964; and <br />
