<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD APRIL 20, 1964. <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 20th <br />day of April, 1964, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were <br />present: Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shie Ids. <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: i'1ayor CedarholPl <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 946 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 24, 1964, the Village Council for the <br />Village of St. Anthony, Minnesota, passed a resolution regarding <br />provision of water and transference of the old Minnesota Water <br />Company contract, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the above resolution adopted by the <br />Village Council for the Village of St. Anthony, Minne sota on March 24, <br />1964 pertaining to the sale of water from the Village of St. Anthony, <br />Minnesota to the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, said resolution <br />being attached hereto as exhibit IIAII and considered a part hereof as <br />if set forth in full, be, and hereby is, approved and accepted by the <br />Village Council for the Village of Roseville, Minne sota. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk for the Village of Roseville <br />is hereby instructed to provide a certified copy of the w. thin <br />Resolution to the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony, Minnesota. <br />
