EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 24th day of April, 1995 at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Wiski, P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9174 A RESOLUTION OF V ACA TION OF EASEMENT AT 2241 FERRIS LANE WHEREAS, Outlot B of the Ferriswood subdivision is platted with a utility easement along the west property line that allows City access for the placement and maintenance of public utilities; and WHEREAS, a structure has been built on a portion of this City easement; and WHEREAS, the owner of the property at 2241 Ferris Lane has petitioned the City of Roseville to vacate a portion of that easement; and WHEREAS, the owner has made a cash payment of$7,500 to the City ofRoseville to pay for future City costs; and WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not said easement in the City ofRoseville should be vacated; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City ofRoseville hereby vacates that portion of the utility easement on Outlot B, Ferriswood, described as follows: That part of Outlot B, Ferriswood which lies within the following described lines: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Outlot B; thence South 0 degrees 19 minutes 30 seconds East (assumed bearing) along the West line of said Outlot B a distance of29.60 feet; thence North 80 degrees 00 minutes East 6.73 feet to the point of beginning of the lines to be herein described; thence continuing North 80 degrees 00 minutes East 3.41 feet to a point 10 foot East of as measured at right angles to the West line of said Outlot B; thence South 0 degrees 19 minutes 30 seconds East parallel to the West line of said Outlot B a distance of20.30 feet; thence Northwesterly to the point of beginning.
