Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, ~1innesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on i'10nday, May 4, 1964, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Trustee Goodrich introduced and rnoved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 951 RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON PROJECT 1, SANITARY SEWER AND ROAD IMPROVEMENT 64-2 WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village Cotll1cil on April 20, 1964, the Village Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for Project 1, of Street Improvffinent 64-2, and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 11-113 VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, ivlINNESOTA: 1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the Ramsey COtmty Suburban Life, the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that bids will be opened and considered by the council at 11: 30 o'clock on I\1ay 18, 1964, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit or certified check payable to the clerk for ten per cent (10%) of the amount of such bid and that the advertisffiuent shall state a completion date of November 1, 1964.
