<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held <br /> <br />at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, !\1ay 4, 1964, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />11~ following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees <br /> <br />Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Trustee Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the following <br /> <br />resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 952 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON Glli~~ITE <br />TREATI1ENT ON LONG LAKE ROAD, COUNTY ROAD B-2 <br />At'ID ST. CROIX STREET STREET IMPROVEivJENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village Council on <br />March 25, 1963, the Village Engineer has prepared plans and specifications <br />for Project No. 2 of the Long Lake Road, County Road B-2 and St. Croix <br />Street Street Improvement and has presented such plans and specifications <br />to the Counci 1 for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIiE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached <br />hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the <br />Ramsey County Suburban Life, the official paper and in the Construction <br />Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such in1provement <br />under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall <br />be published as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall <br />call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall <br />state that bids will be opened and considered by the council at 11:30 <br />o'clock A.M. on May 18, 1964, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, <br />and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the <br />clerk and accanpanied by a cash deposit or certified check payable to <br />the clerk for ten percent (10%) of the amow1t of such bid and that the <br />advertisement shall state a canpletion date of November 1, 1964. <br />
