<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE HELD <br /> <br />May 4, 1964 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville. Minnesota <br />was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />1964 at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: <br /> <br />~iayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley I Goodrich I Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />And the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 953 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CORRECTING AN IMPROPER CREDITING <br />FOR PAYMENT OF A WATER ASSESSMENT ON WATER PROJECT 62-1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Karin A. C. Anderson and Ernest T. Anderson, <br />as owners of the North One-half (Nl/2) of Lot 10 and all of Lot 9, Block <br />2, Lexington Heights, according to the plat thereof, paid in full the <br />sewer assessment of $431.25 on Water Project 62-1, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said payment as set forth above was improperly <br />credited to the North One-half (Nl/2) of Lot 10 and all of Lot 9, Block <br />I, Lexington Heights, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the water assessment for Water Project 62-1 on the <br />North One-half (Nl/2) of Lot 10 and all of Lot 9, Block I, Lexington <br />Heights, is hereby reinstated in the sum of $431.25 and said amount <br />
