<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9175 <br /> <br />ADOPTION OF THE 1994 MINNESOTA UNIFORM BUILDING CODE AND <br />AMENDMENT TO THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES <br />TO INCLUDE THE 1994 MINNESOTA UNIFORM BUILDING CODE FEE SCHEDULE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 16B.62., relating to the Minnesota Unifonn <br />Building Code, the City is required to adhere to the most recent State Building Code, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville, in 1988, last adopted by resolution, the 1988 Minnesota <br />Unifonn Building Code and fee schedule, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has established a policy in which programs and activities <br />provided by the Community Development Department (which included building inspection) are <br />to be supported by user fees and pennits as much as possible, now therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, the City of Roseville City Council hereby approves and adopts the <br />1994 revised Minnesota State Unifonn Building Code (and appendices and adoptions by <br />reference) and fee schedules for building, plumbing, and mechanical work shown as attachment <br />"A" and "B", and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the effective date of the 1994 Unifonn Building <br />Code fee schedule shall be June 1, 1995, and the fee schedule shall be subject to City Council <br />review and amendment on an annual basis by resolution. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 24th day of April, 1995. <br />
