<br />Extract of t.1inutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 18th <br /> <br />day of May, 1964, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees <br /> <br />Curley, Goodrich and Shields. <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Trustee Grauel <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 961 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELIMINARY REPORT <br />AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON STREET <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 64-1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council has heretofore directed Banister Engineering <br />Company to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of <br />a proposed improvement of County Road B-2 between Fairview Avenue <br />and State Trunk Highway 35W (Cleveland Avenue) consisting of land <br />acquisition, grading, construction, bituminous surfacing, curb and <br />gutters and necessary storm sewer drainage, as described in the notice <br />set forth below, and the estimated cost thereof, and as to whether <br />such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost <br />estimate have been submitted by the engineers and considered by <br />the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be <br />placed on file in the office of the Clerk. The improvement proposed <br />to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated <br />as Street Improvement No. 64-1. <br />
