<br />Extract of Minutes of flleeting <br />of village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />June 8, 1964 <br />HESOLUI'ION NO. 973 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the village Council of the village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held at the Council Chambers in the village Hall in said <br /> <br />village on Monday, June 8, 1964, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cedarholm, Curley, Goodrich, <br /> <br />and Grauelo <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Shields <br /> <br />The village Clerk presented an affidavit showing publication <br /> <br />of notice of hearing on proposed Street Improvement No. 64-1 in <br /> <br />accordance with the resolution adopted May 18, 1964, which <br /> <br />affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was <br /> <br />directed to be filed by the Clerl~. The village Clerk also <br /> <br />exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all <br /> <br />affected property owners, which certificate was examined and <br /> <br />found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Clerk. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the ~lerk to read the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed ~prove- <br /> <br />rnent and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in <br /> <br />the published notice of hearing. After reading of the notice, <br /> <br />all persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard, and <br /> <br />the names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by <br /> <br />the Council, and the substance of the views presented by them, <br /> <br />were as follows: <br />
