After a discu;::~3: ,")D of the v:i.ews presented by persons appear ing at the publ ic hea.r J.ng f~)r street Improvement No. 64-1, Member Curley then introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: ,.{;....5;-{Jh'~ 7/ d;Y /1<',97..5 RESOLUTION ORDERING STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. 64-1 UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429, AS AMENDED BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota statutes, Ch~pter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing pursuant to published notice, on proposed street Im- provement NO. 64-l consisting of the grading, bituminous sur- facing, curb and gutters and necessary storm sewer drainage on County Road B-2 between Fairview Avenue and State Trunk Highway 35W (Cleveland Avenue) as described in the notice of hearing, at a cost estimated presently to be approximately $l40,000, all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, and that the area proposed to be assessed for said improvement will consist of each lot and parcel of land abutting on said described right of way, as described in the notice of hearing, or portion thereof: and that Banister Engineering Company are hereby directed to prepare and submit to the Council final plans and specifications for the construction of said improvement. The motion f0r the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Grauel , and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All and the following voted against: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
