<br />After a discu;::~3: ,")D of the v:i.ews presented by persons <br /> <br />appear ing at the publ ic hea.r J.ng f~)r street Improvement No. 64-1, <br /> <br />Member Curley <br /> <br />then introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: ,.{;....5;-{Jh'~ 7/ d;Y /1<',97..5 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. 64-1 <br />UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, <br />CHAPTER 429, AS AMENDED <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />statutes, Ch~pter 429, as amended, the Council held a public <br />hearing pursuant to published notice, on proposed street Im- <br />provement NO. 64-l consisting of the grading, bituminous sur- <br />facing, curb and gutters and necessary storm sewer drainage <br />on County Road B-2 between Fairview Avenue and State Trunk <br />Highway 35W (Cleveland Avenue) as described in the notice of <br />hearing, at a cost estimated presently to be approximately <br />$l40,000, all substantially in accordance with a preliminary <br />engineering report which is now on file in the office of the <br />Village Clerk; and having considered the views of all interested <br />persons and being fully advised in the premises the Council <br />does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be <br />constructed and financed, and special assessments shall be levied <br />therefor, pursuant to said Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, <br />as amended, and that the area proposed to be assessed for said <br />improvement will consist of each lot and parcel of land abutting <br />on said described right of way, as described in the notice of <br />hearing, or portion thereof: and that Banister Engineering <br />Company are hereby directed to prepare and submit to the Council <br />final plans and specifications for the construction of said <br />improvement. <br /> <br />The motion f0r the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Member Grauel <br /> <br />, and upon roll call vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
