<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~ffiETING OF THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, HELD June 8, 1964 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on June 8, <br />1964, at 7:30 P.~l. The following members were present: <br />Cedarholm, Curley, Goodrich and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following m~nbers were absent: <br /> <br />Shields <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />and moved its adoption. <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 973 A <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARTION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />A certain petition requesting the improvement of the following <br />described real property lying within said Village, described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Subject to Hamline Avenue, the North 8 acres of the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter (NE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of SW 1/4) of Section Ten (10) <br />Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty-three (23), that <br />lies wi thin <br /> <br />1. The North 80 feet of the South 320 feet of said tract <br />that lies Southwesterly of a line described as fa 110"'5 : <br />Commencing at a point on the West line of the above described <br />tract 320 feet North of the Southwest corner of said tract, <br />thence Southeasterly to a point on the North line of the <br />South 240 feet of said tract lying 80 feet Easterly of the <br />West line of said tract and there terminating; and <br /> <br />2.
