EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE llliLD June 8, 1964 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on June 8, 1964, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Cedarholm, Curley, Goodrich and Grauel and the following members were absent: Shields Member Goodrich and moved its adoption. introduced the following resolution RESOLUTION NO. 974 A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT Ai~D CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT WllliIlliAS, pursuant to the Resolution of the Council adopted June 8, 1964, a report has been prepared by Charles Soutter, Acting Village Engineer, with reference to the laying out and vacation of public thoroughfare within the Village of Roseville, and this report was received by the Council on June 8, 1964. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY Tllli VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The preliminary report and cost estimate submitted by the Engineer and considered by the Council as hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the Clerk; the improvement proposed to be made in the general manner as set forth in the report is designated as Street Improvement 64-3. 2. The Council shall meet in the Council Chambers on July 6, 1964, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. for the purpose of holding a. public hearing on the proposed improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, 1961, Chapter 429, a.s amended, and the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, North Suburban Life, which publication shall be a week apart and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the day of the hearing. 3.
