<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE HELD ON JUNE 15, 1964 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on June 15, 1964, at <br />7:30 P.t'l. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Trustee Shields <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 978 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bid on the improve- <br />ment of Long Lake Road right-of-way between County Road C and County <br />Road B-2 by gunni ting work on the s lopes of the wes t shoulder of the <br />road, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, <br />and the following bid was received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />Morse Tuckpointing Company <br /> <br />$ 2,889.80 <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that Morse Tuckpointing of Minneapolis <br />is the lowest responsible bidder, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Counci 1 of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into the attached contract with Morse Tuckpointing of <br />Minneapolis in the name of the Village of Roseville for the <br />improvements of the north shoulder of Long Lake Road between <br />County Road C and County Road B-2 by gunniting treatment <br />according to the plans and specifications on file in the <br />office of the Village Clerk. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return <br />forth to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, <br />except the deposit of the successful bidder. <br />
