<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JUNE 22 , 1964 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on the 22nd day of June, 1964 at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor CedarllOlm, Trustees Curley I Gooc1ric:l, Grauel <br />and :3hields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the <br />following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~80 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville improved Commerce street and said improvement was <br />known as the Commerce street Improvement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 8, 1963, the Village Council <br />adopted Resolution No. 841 adopting the assessment role for <br />said Commerce Street Improvement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following described real property lying <br />within the Village of Roseville, County of Ramsey and state of <br />Minnesota, to-wit: <br /> <br />Registered Land Survey 86 subj to Esmts <br />the fol adj part of Tract I and ex N 17 <br />ft part of Tracts F G Hand J lying E of <br />L par with and 230 ft E from extended <br />most Wly L of Tract J and N of L beg at <br />NE cor of Tract J th S 76 33*100 ft on <br />E L thereof th R at angle of 89 deg 56 <br />min across tract. <br />
