<br />Extract of ~linutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special <br /> <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said village <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />Thursday <br /> <br />, the <br /> <br />25th <br /> <br />day of June <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1964, at <br /> <br />4:30 <br /> <br />0' clock L.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />~1ayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields <br /> <br />then introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 981 <br />RESOLUTION Al'lARDING BID FOR <br />PROJECT NO. 1 WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 64-5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS pursuant to advertisement for bids for Project <br /> <br />NO.1, Water Improvement No. 64-5, according to the plans and <br /> <br />specifications thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of <br /> <br />said village, said bids were received on June 25, 1964 at <br /> <br />4:30 o'clock P.M., opened and tabulated according to law and <br /> <br />the following bids were received complying with the advertise- <br /> <br />ment: <br />
