<br />WHEREAS it appears that <br />St. Paul, Minnesota <br /> <br />McDonald-Luben & Associates, Inc. <br /> <br />is the lowest responsible <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />bidder at the tabulated price of $ Sll.383.50 , <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br /> <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to enter into a contract with McDonald-Luben & Associates, Inc. <br /> <br /> <br />for $ 511,383.50 in the name of the Village <br /> <br /> <br />of Roseville for Project No.1 Water Improvement No. 64-5, <br /> <br /> <br />according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore <br /> <br /> <br />approved by the Village Council and on file in the office of <br /> <br /> <br />the Village Clerk. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br /> <br />to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with <br /> <br /> <br />their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the <br /> <br /> <br />next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been <br /> <br /> <br />signed. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by M~mber Goodrich and upon vote <br /> <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
