<br />l(eS() ,{ 7( (j' A/ <br /> <br />9trL <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey CountYI Minnesota <br />July 6, 1964 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall in said village on <br /> <br />Monday, July 6, 1964, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cedarholm, Cw:ley, <br /> <br />Goo Cb:1c:h, Grauel Sa Sh1elds <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />lIone <br /> <br />The Village Clerk presented an affidavit showing publica- <br /> <br />tion of notice of hearing on proposed Sanitary Sewer Improve- <br /> <br />ment No. 5 in accordance with the resolution adopted June 1, <br /> <br />1964, which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory <br /> <br />and was directed to be filed by the Clerk. The Village Clerk <br /> <br />also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to <br /> <br />all affected property owners, which certificate was examined <br /> <br />and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by <br /> <br />the Clerk. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Clerk to read the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed <br /> <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as <br />
