The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in tne ~amsey County Suburban Life, the official <br />paper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for <br />bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. <br />The advertisement shall be published as required by law, shall <br />specify the work to be done, shall call for bids upon the basis <br />of a cash payment for such work, shall state that bids will be <br />opened and considered by the council at 11:30 o' clock L.M. <br />on August 3 , 1964 in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, <br />that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with <br />the clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit or certified check <br />payable to the clerk for ten per cent (10%) of the amount of <br />such bid and that the advertisement shall state a completion <br />date of Novemhm"]. 1 Qr,4 . <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Trustee <br /> <br />Curley , and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon the following voted in favor: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: )",1 one <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly pa~sed and adopted. <br />
