<br />Form 2521 Rev. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 985 <br /> <br />At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Villap:e <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Roseville <br /> <br />duly hald on the ~ day of July <br /> <br />, 19~~ the follow- <br /> <br />ing Resolution was offered by llember Goodrich <br /> <br />seconded by Member Grauel <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />plans for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary <br />118 <br /> <br />renumbered as Trunk Highway Number <br /> <br />36 <br /> <br />within the corporate limits <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />from the 0.25 Mi. W. of Hamline Ave., <br /> <br />to Lexington Ave., <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the <br /> <br />Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and <br /> <br />identified as Layout No. 8 E. S. P. 6212-43(T.H.36=118) from <br /> <br />0.25 Mi. W. of Hamline Ave., to Lexington Ave., in Roseville <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled, <br /> <br />and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in <br /> <br />the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer <br /> <br />to, and to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals <br /> <br />particularly identified and described; <br /> <br />improvement of Trunk Highway Number <br /> <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans for the <br />118 <br /> <br />renumbered Trunk Highway <br /> <br />Number 36 <br /> <br />wi thin the limits of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />be and <br /> <br />hereby are approved. <br />
