<br />~~~. lZ" rJj~' <br /> <br />Extract of Ninutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />July 6, 1964 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held in the village Hall in said Village on Monday, the <br /> <br />6th day of July, 1964, at 7~OO o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present~ Cedarholm, Curley, <br /> <br />Goodrich, Grauel & Sh1el4a <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />The Village Clerk - Administrator presented an affidavit <br /> <br />showing publication of notice of hearing on proposed Water <br /> <br />Improvement No. 64-6 in accordance with the resolution adopted <br /> <br />June 15, 1964, which affidavit was examined and found to be <br /> <br />satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Clerk. The <br /> <br />Village Clerk also exhibited a certificate of Mailing Notice of <br /> <br />Hearing to all affected property owners, which certificate was <br /> <br />examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be <br /> <br />filed by the Clerk. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Clerk to read the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improve- <br /> <br />ment and the area proposed to be assessed therefor. as stated in <br /> <br />the published notice of h3al:,ing..
