<br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons appearing <br /> <br />at the public hearir.0 for Water Improvement No. 64-6, <br /> <br />Goodr:l.ch <br /> <br />then introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution NO. ..2f.c; <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 64-6 UNDER AND <br />PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village oz Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing pursuant to published notice, on the proposed <br />construction of Water Improvement No. 64-6, consisting of the <br />construction of feeder mains and lateral mains, together with <br />appurtenant valves and hydrants and other specials; service <br />connections with shut-offs from the mains to the property line <br />of the individual building sites; and the repair of county roads <br />for the supply and distribution of water within the area described <br />in the notice of hearing at a cost presently est~ated to be <br />approx~ately $37,700, and substantially in accordance with the <br />prel~inary engineer's report as to the feasibility thereof <br />which is now on file in the office of the Village Clerk - Adminis- <br />trator; and having considered the views of all interested persons <br />and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby <br />determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and <br />financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant <br />to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed <br />therefor shall include all lots and parcels of land within <br />the area described in the notice of hearing; and that <br />Banister Engineering Co. are hereby directed to prepare and <br />submit to the Council final plans and specifications for the con- <br />struction of said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />, and upon roll call vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />JItone <br /> <br />whereupon said resolutj.on thaa decJ.ared c;'.::.ly passed and adopted. <br />
