The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />enter into a contract with Robert lIoore Corporation of <br /> <br />St. Paul, Minnesota <br /> <br />on behalf of the Village, for <br /> <br />Street Dmprovement No. 64-l, Project No.1, according to the plans <br /> <br />and specifications therefor approved by the Village Council and on <br /> <br />file in the office of the village Clerk and the Village Clerk is <br /> <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders <br /> <br />the deposit made with their bids, except the deposit of the <br /> <br />successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained <br /> <br />until a contract has been signed and executed. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Trustee <br /> <br />Cu:rl~y <br /> <br />and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
