<br />-2- <br /> <br />"Shall Opti onal Plan B, providing for the <br />Council-Manager form of village government, <br />be adopted for the government of the <br />Village of Roseville?" <br /> <br />The elction precincts for said election shall be as heretofore <br />established for general elections. The polling places for <br />said election shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Precinct 1 at McCarron's Lake School, 211 North McCarrons <br /> Boulevard <br />Precinct 2 at North Heights School, 2651 North Rice Street <br />Precinct 3 at Lexington School, 2lS1 North Lexington Avenue <br />Precinct 4 at Lake Owasso SchooL, 934 West County Road C <br /> <br />Precinct 5 at Alexander Ramsey High School, 1261 Highway 36 <br /> <br />Precinct 6 at Ralph Reeder School, Arona Street and West <br />County Road C-2 <br /> <br />Precinct 7 at Fairview Junior High School, 1920 West County <br />Road B <br /> <br />Precinct 8 at Lake Johanna Junior High School, 3120 Lake <br />Johanna Boulevard <br /> <br />The polls for said election shall be open from 7:00 o'clock A.M. <br />to 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />Each qualified voter in the Village shall be entitled to vote at <br />said election at the polling place in the precinct in which he or <br />she resides. <br /> <br />Dated .July 13, 1964. <br /> <br />By Order of the Village Council <br />Richard W.
