<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD September 22, 1975 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br />said City Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, in said City on Monday, <br />the 22nd day of September, 1975, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Demos and Hess <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Demos <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6301 <br /> <br />RESOLlITION DIRECTING THE mUNTY AUDITOR TO LEVY <br />TAXES ON REAL ESTATE FOR M)NIES FOR THE FISCAL <br />YEAR 1976 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci 1 of the City of Ros evi 11e , <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The County Auditor of Ramsey County, State of Minnesota, shall <br />levy taxes against real estate and personal property for monies to be <br />collected during the fiscal year 1976, for the purpose of operating the <br />City of Roseville, State of Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />Funds <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />General <br />Recreation <br />Pennanent Improvements <br />Contingency <br />Equipment Revolving <br /> <br />$ 811 ,778 <br />250,117 <br />12,000 <br />100,000 <br />17 ,504 <br /> <br />$1,191,399 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Brennan and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br />All present <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
