-2- WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $127,672 in the City Hall Debt Retirement Fund resulting from a transfer from the Contingency Fund and the use of accrued interest from the bond sale; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $955 in the Park Debt Retirement Fund resulting from prior years' levies; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI-IE CIlY CF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, THAT: 1. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1975 tax levy for Golf Course Bonds - 1967 by $23,400 from $23,400 to -0-. 2. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1975 tax levy for Water Improvement Bonds, Series 3 - 1963 by $110,000 from $110,000 to -0-. 3. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1975 tax levy for Water Improvement Bonds - Series 4, 1963 by $5,000 from $20,900 to $15,900. 4. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1975 tax levy for Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds - Series F by $75,000 from $75,000 to -0-. 5. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1975 tax levy for Sani tary Sewer Improvement Bonds, Series C by $7,000 from $32,900 to $25,900. 6. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1975 tax levy for General Obligation Ice Arena Revenue Bonds, 1968 by $938 from $42,600 to $41,662. 7. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1975 tax levy for General Improvement Bonds- Series 5, 1971 by $109,000 from $139,100 to $30,100. 8. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1975 tax levy for General Improvement Bonds - Series 4 - 1968 by $116,000 from $116,000 to -0-. 9. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1975 tax levy for Park Bonds of 1962 by $955 from $47,400 to $46,445. 10. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1975 tax levy for City Hall Bonds of 1975 by $127,672 from $150,000 to $22,328.
