<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD - October 6, 1975 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held <br />at the City Hall in said City on the 6th day of October, 1975, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Curley, <br />Demos, Hess and Brennan <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Hess <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6303 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Code of the City of Rosevi11e, Section 71.070 <br />and 66.340 provides that the City may certify to the County Auditor the <br />amounts of unpaid sewer and water charges to be entered as part of the tax <br />levy on said premises the ensuing year; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part thereof by <br />reference is a list of parcels of real property lying within the City <br />limits which are served by sanitary sewers and municipal water service <br />of the City of Rosevi11e, and on which there are unpaid sewer and water <br />charges as shown on the attached Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />2. The Council hereby certifies said list and requests the <br />Ramsey County Auditor to include in the real estate taxes due the amount <br />set forth in Exhibit "A" for taxes due and payable in 1976. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Brennan upon a vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: All t <br />pres en <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br />
