<br />EXTRACT OF MlNUrES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD OCTOBER 20, 1975 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, ~linnesota, <br />was held in said City Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, in said <br />City on M:mday, the 20th day of October, 1975. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Demos and Hess <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLlITION NO. 6306 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Laws of Minnesota 1975, Chapter 119, <br />relating to the City of Roseville Firemen's Relief Association <br />Service Pensions provides in part as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 2. This Act is effective upon <br />approval by the governing body of the City <br />of Roseville, and upon compliance with <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 645.021." <br /> <br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Cmmci1 of <br />the City of Roseville does hereby approve Minnesota Laws 1975, Chapter <br />119 and the City ~funager is directed to file the required certificate <br />and a certified copy of this resolution with the Minnesota Secretary of <br />State. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Demos and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br />
