<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD OCTOBER 20 , 1975 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on <br />the 20th day of October , 1975, at 7 :30 0' clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Curley, Demos, Hess and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6308 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain Consultation Agreement between the <br />City of Roseville and W. M. Montgomery for the rendering <br />of professional services for the renovation and modification <br />of the City fire and local government radio systems, a copy <br />of which is marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made <br />a part hereof by reference, is hereby approved; and the <br />Mayor and Manager of the City of Roseville are hereby <br />authorized to execute said Consultation Agreement on behalf <br />of the City of Roseville, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution was duly seconded by member Hess <br />and upon a vote being held thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br />
