<br />EXTRACT OF miJUTES OF t.1EETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA HELD OCTOBER 20, 1975 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the city hall in said city on the 20th day of October, 1975. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen <br />Cur ley, Demos, Hess and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />t1ember Curley <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6309 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PERTAINHlG TO THE REVOCATION OF COUNTY ROAD B-2 FROM <br />CLEVELAND AVENUE TO SNELLING AVENUE FROM THE MINNESOTA HIGHWAY <br />STATE AID SYSTEr~ (M.S.A. 218 and 219) IN THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />\~HEREAS, the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners adopted <br />Resolution 75-802 on September 29, 1975, extending the designation of <br />County State Aid Highway 78 "lithin the corporate limits of the City of <br />Roseville as follows: <br />County Road B-2 (C.S.A.H. 78) from Cleveland I~venue <br />to Snelling Avenue (T.H.51) <br />iJHEREAS, the County of Ramsey has conformed vii th the request <br />of the City of Roseville in its Resolution iJo. 6299, dated September 15, <br />1975, to transfer jurisdiction of this section of County Road B-2. <br /> <br />NOH, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the <br />City of Roseville that this designation by the County of Ramsey is in all <br />things approved. <br />
