<br />EXTRACT OF mnUTES OF HEETIJI G OF THE CITY COUilCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA HELD OCTOBER 20, 1975 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, r'linnesota, \'Jas duly called and <br />held at the city hall in said city on the 20th day of October, 1975. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />COlUlcilrnen Curley, fumos, Hess, Brennan and Linebarger. <br /> <br />and the followi ng members ~'Iere absent: None <br /> <br />Nember Curley <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION HUHBER 6310 <br /> <br />RESOLUTIOn PERTAINING TO THE DESIGNATION OF CLEVELAflD <br />AVENUE FROH FAIRVIE~~ AVENUE TO COUNTY ROAD C AS A <br />f4INNESOTA STATE AID STREET IN THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />~\lHEREAS, the Board of Ramsey County Comrnissi oners adopted <br />Resolution 75-801 on September 29, 1975, revoking the designation of <br />their County State Aid High\'/ay 46, \'Iithin the corporate limits of the <br />Ci ty of Rosevi 11 e as fo 11 O\'lS : <br />Cleveland Avenue (C.S.A.H. 46) from FairvieH Avenue <br />to County Road C <br /> <br />HHEREAS, the County of Ramsey has. conformed \'lith the request in <br />the City of Roseville Resolution rlo. 6299 to transfer jurisdiction of this <br />section of Cleveland Avenue. <br /> <br />rlml, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the Ci ty <br />of Roseville that this revocation is in all things approved and that this <br />portion of Cleveland Avenue now be designated as a Minnesota State Aid <br />Street in the City of Roseville. <br />
