<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />October 20, 1975 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 20th day of <br /> <br />October, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Demos, Hess and Brennan; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6311 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT, <br />ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO. W-75-16 <br />PURSUANT TO PETITION BY 100% <br />OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY, <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF FINAL <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all <br /> <br />owners of the property north of County Road B-2 between <br /> <br />Wheeler Street and Fry Street (Lot 1, Block 2, Rosedale Center <br /> <br />First Addition) requesting that the Council install watermain <br /> <br />and necessary appurtenances at said location and requesting <br /> <br />that the entire cost of said improvement be assessed against <br /> <br />their property, and <br />
