The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be in- <br />serted in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the <br />making of such approved plans and specifications. The adver- <br />tisement for Improvement W-75-l6 shall be published as <br />required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call <br />for bids upon the basis of a cash paYment for such work, shall <br />state that the bids will be received by the City Manager <br />until 9:00 o'clock a.m. on November 10, 1975, at which time <br />they will be publicly opened in the city Hall by the City <br />Manager and City Public Works Director, will then be tabulated, <br />and will be considered by the Council at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on <br />November 17, 1975 in the Council Chambers and that no bids <br />will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Manager <br />and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid <br />bond payable to the manager for ten percent (10%) of the amount <br />of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Demos and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: Alli and the following <br /> <br />against: Nonei whereupon said resolution was declared duly <br /> <br />passed and adopted. <br /> <br />. <br />
