EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITI COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD OCTOBER 27, 1975 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in said City Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, in said City on Monday, the 27th day of October, 1975. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Demos, Hess, Brennan and Curley and the following were absent: None Member Curley and moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution RESOLUTION NO. 6314 WHEREAS, the Board of County Connnissioners of Ramsey County by Resolution dated 10-7-74 classified as non-conservation land certain land lying within the limits of the City of Roseville; and WHEREAS, a certified copy of the classification resolution, together with a list of the land classified has been submitted for approval of the classification and sale of the land classified in accordance with MSA Section 282.01, Sub. 1; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the class ification of Lot 1, Block 1, Green Meadow, Code No. 79-31000-010-01 and the classification of the East 75 feet of the West 300 feet of the North 70 feet of the South ~ of the North ~ of the SE ~ of the SE ~ of the ~m ~ of Section 15, T. 29, R. 23, Code No. 79-01500-060-10 as non conservation land is hereby approved; AND BE IT RJRTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be and hereby is authorized to file a certified copy of this resolution in the office of the Land Commissioner and is authorized to file an application for conveyance of tax forfeited lands as listed in this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Hember Demos and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against same: None
