<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof~ a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, \~as duly held <br /> <br />in the City Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville~ Minnesota, on <br /> <br />t'londay ~ the <br />o'clock P.N. <br /> <br />Twenty Seventh day of <br /> <br />October <br /> <br />, 197-5--, at 7:30 <br /> <br />The following members were present: r~ayor Linebarger, Council <br />members Curl ey, Demos, l!ess and Brennan <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Nember <br /> <br />Curl ey <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6316 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING "TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council .of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />HHEREAS, the assessment roll s for various improvements for the Ci ty <br />of Roseville were certified to the County Auditor of the County of Ramsey, and <br /> <br />since the certifications, a number of parcels of property contained ~/ithin said <br /> <br />assessment rolls have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment <br /> <br />of the original assessments be made by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br /> <br />in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br /> <br />each parcel of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW~ THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby make the follo\'/ing apportionment of original assessments against the <br /> <br />following described properties: <br />
