EXTRACf OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD NOVEMBER IQ 1975 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in said City Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, in said City on Mbnday, the 10th day of NovembeJ; 1975. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Demos, Hess, Brennan and Curley and the following were absent: None Member Hess moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION NO. 6317 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County by Resolution dated 10-7-74 classified as non-conservation land certain land lying within the limits of the City of Roseville, and WHEREAS, a certified copy of the classification resolution together with a list of the land classified has been submitted for approval of the classification and sale of the land classified in accordance with MSA Section 282.01, Sub. 1. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Classification of Lot 2, Block 3, Capitol View Terrace, Code No. 79-18100-020-03 as non conservation land and the sale thereof be and hereby is approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be and hereby is authorized to file a certified copy of this resolution in the office of the Land Commissioner. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member DeIros and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted for same: All present and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
