EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON NOVEMBER 10, 1975 * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 10th day of November, 1975 at 7:30 0' clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Demos, Hess, Brennan and Curley and the following members were absent: None Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption RESOLUTION NO. 6318 WHEREAS, on August 28, 1967, pursuant to Resolution of the Roseville Village Council, Northern States Power Company was granted a special use permit dealing with the installation of electrical transmission equipment in the City of Roseville~ and, WHEREAS, on January 21, 1974, the Roseville City Council amended said special use permit extending the time in which the electrical distribution lines on Hamline Avenue between County Road "C" and Roselawn were to be placed, subject to Northern States Power Company agreeing to the terms of the amendment, in writing, within sixty (60) days from passage of the Resolution~ WHEREAS, Northern States Power Company has failed to accept the terms of the amendment pursuant to the January 21, 1974, Resolution and has requested a further extension in which to complete the underground placement of utilities until September 1, 1976. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. The special use permit to Northern States Power Company dated August 28, 1967, is hereby amended as fo 11 OWS : (a) Secti on 5, paragraphs (c), (d), (e) and (f) are stri cken. (b) The obligation of Northern State Power Company, in lieu of its obligations stricken in this Resolution, are to be as follows:
