<br />WHEREAS it appears that <br />986 Bayard Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota <br /> <br />Biaconi Construction Co. <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />is the <br /> <br />lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of $ 18.851.14 <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to enter into a contract with Biaconi Construction Co. <br /> <br />for $ 18,851.14 <br /> <br />in the name of the City of Roseville for <br /> <br />the above improvement according to the plans and specifications <br /> <br />thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their <br /> <br />bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next <br /> <br />lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been <br /> <br />signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Demos <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> <br />thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />. <br />
