<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 17th day <br /> <br />of November, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br /> <br />Councilmen Demos, Hess and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Brennan <br /> <br />Councilman Curley <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />1. 6320 <br />Reso ut~on No. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT P-75-l3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville generally in the area of County Road C from Cleve- <br /> <br />land Avenue west to the west city limits by the construction of <br /> <br />concrete curb and gutter and bituminous resurfacing in con- <br /> <br />junction with the County of Ramsey, Minnesota, and to assess <br /> <br />the ben~Eited property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br /> <br />improvement pursuant to Minn. Statutes Secs. 429.011 to 429.111 <br /> <br />(Minn. Statutes 1961). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />. <br />
