<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the eighth day of <br />May, 1995, at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and V. Johnson <br /> <br />And the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson P. Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9182 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROHmITING PARKING ON BOTH SIDES OF <br />PRIOR A VENUE FROM COUNTY ROAD B-2 TO OAKCREST A VENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Prior Avenue trom County Road B-2 to Oakcrest Avenue is a Municipal State <br />roadway (M.S. A No. S.AP. 160-234-03); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such roadways must conform to established standards; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that parking is hereby prohibited on both sides of <br />Prior Avenue from County Road B-2 to Oakcrest Avenue (M.S.A No. S.AP. 160-234-03), <br />identified as Roseville Project No. P-95-12, Neighborhood 26, be adopted. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Public Works Director is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson <br />Wiski and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, <br />Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and V. Johnson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
