<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, r~INNESOTA, HELD ON DECEMBER 15, 1975 <br /> <br />PURSUANT TO DUE CALL AND NOTICE THEREOF, A REGULAR MEETING OF <br />the Ci ty Counci 1 of the Ci ty of Rosevi 11 e, Ramsey County. t,1i nnesota, was <br />duly held in the city hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Rosevi11e, <br />r~innesota, on the Fifteenth day of December, 1975, at 7:30 o.clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Cmmcilmen Hess, Brennan, Curley, Demos <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />r~ember Curley <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6325 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ENTERING <br />WITH THE STATE OF r1INNESOTA DEPARn1ENT OF HIGHWAYS <br />AGENCY, CONTRACT FORM NO. 30774 for 1976 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 161.36, the <br />City of Roseville desires the Commissioner of Highways of the State of <br />t~innesota to act as its agent for the purposes of that statute in accepting <br />federal aid on its behalf for road construction and in contracting for <br />the construction, improvement or maintenance of roads financed either in <br />whole or part with federal monies; and <br />WHEREAS, M.S. 161.36 Subdivision 2, requires that the terms and <br />condition of the agency be set forth in an agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 161.36, <br />Subdivision 1 through 6, Minnesota Statutes, the Commissioner of the State <br />of r1i nnesota Hi ghways be appoi nted as agent of the City of Rosevi 11 e to <br />let as its agent, contracts for the construction of portions of Municipal <br />Streets, for the yea r 1976, and the ~layor and the rvlanager are hereby authori zed <br />
