<br />EXTRACT OF r.HNUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA HELD ON <br />DECEMBER 15, 1975 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, rilinnesota, was <br />duly held in the City Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, on the Fifteenth day of December, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Cormcilmen Hess, Brennan, Demos and Curley <br />and the following \'/ere absent: None <br />~1ember Curley introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adopti on: <br /> <br />RESOLUTI ON NO. <br /> <br />6326 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE'S REQUEST <br />FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AGREH1ENT tHTH <br />THE t~INNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARn1ENT <br /> <br />14IlEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Roseville may deem it <br />necessary to request technical assistance from the r~innesota Highway <br />Department. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to statutory authority, <br />the Roseville Municipal Engineer for and on behalf of the Municipality of <br />Roseville is hereby authorized to request and obtain from the State of <br />r~innesota, Department of High\'Jays, needed engineering and technical services <br />during the year 1976 for which payment will be made by the municipality upon <br />receipt of verified claims from the Commissioner of lliqhvJays. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the t'1ayor and the t'1anager are <br />authorized to sign the 1976 Technical and Engineering Assistance Agreement <br />for and in behalf of the City of Roseville. <br />
