<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD December 29, 1975 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />was duly held in the City Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, <br />Rosevil1e, Minnesota, on Monday, December 29, 1975. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Hess, Brennan, Curley and Demos <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Hess introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6331 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Laws of the State <br />of Minnesota, the City Council is required to adopt a budget and <br />establish employee compensation for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 1976 and ending December 31, 1976; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council does hereby <br />adopt the Evaluation and Update (December, 1975) of the Compensation <br />Plan in the Roseville Program for Supervisory and Administrative <br />positions. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Brennan and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
