Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City council of City of Roseville Ramsey county, Minnesota Held: December 29, 1975 pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the city Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 29th day of December, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, COlUlcilman Hess, Brennan, Curley and Demos and the following were absent: None Councilman Demos and moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution Resolution No. 6332 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT P-75-l3 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted November 17, 1975, the Council has directed the City public works Director to prepare a pre- liminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement generally in the area of County Road C from Cleveland Avenue west to the west city limits by the construction of concrete curb and gutter and bituminous resurfacing in conjunction with the County of Ramsey, Minnesota. The Public works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improve- ment P-75-l3. 2. The council shall meet at the City Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in said City, on January 19, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the pro- posed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Min- nesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of
