<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT N~. P-75-l3 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 270l North <br />Lexington, in said City, on the 19th day of January, 1976 at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minne- <br />sota statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement <br />No. P-75-l3 generally in the area of County Road C from Cleveland <br />Avenue west to the west city limits by the construction of <br />concrete curb and gutter and bituminous resurfacing in conjunc- <br />tion with the County of Ramsey. The foregoing is all sub- <br />stantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report <br />which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office <br />of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$765,000 of which approximately $53,790 will be paid by the City <br />of Rosevi11e.
